"Jesus answered and said to him "Most assuredly, I say to you, unless one is born again, he cannot see the kingdom of God." " - John 3 V3

"There is therefore now no condemnation to those who are in Christ Jesus, who do not walk according to the flesh, but according to the Spirit." - Romans 8 V1

It is a popular world view that there are many ways to heaven and man can work his way to earn God's favour and ultimately heaven. Most of the religions of this world teach this worldview. The Bible for sure teaches us to do good works, but this is not a criterion that God will use to let people into His eternal kingdom. Jesus Christ clearly said that unless a man is born again, he cannot see the kingdom of God. We have to be born again of the Spirit by repenting of our sins and by receiving Jesus as our Lord and Saviour. Christ became the propitiation of our sins and by His death and resurrection there is now no condemnation to those who are in Christ Jesus. Man's good works should be a result of his salvation through Jesus Christ, just as you cannot build the roof (good works) of a house without first building a firm foundation (salvation). Praise the Lord!

"And behold, I am coming quickly, and My reward is with Me, to give to every one according to his work." - Jesus Christ

Amen. Even so, come, Lord Jesus!
