"Then they cried out to the Lord in their trouble, and He saved them out of their distresses. He sent His word and healed them, and delivered them from their destructions." - Psalm 107 V19 20

"For "whoever calls on the name of the Lord shall be saved."" - Romans 10 V13

When the Israelites sinned and turned away from God, God's judgement was upon them, but when they repented and turned to Him, His mercy saved them out of their distresses. God's judgement is is upon all those who have sinned and turned away from Him, but the Bible teaches us that those who call upon the Lord Jesus Christ, God will show His mercy and save them from the coming judgement. God is merciful and even today He extends His grace that by only believing on His Son we might be saved. Praise the Lord!
