"Be sober, be vigilant; because your adversary the devil walks about like a roaring lion, seeking whom he may devour." - 1 Peter 5 V8

Our Lord Jesus prayed for Peter, because Satan wanted to sift Peter as wheat. We do not wrestle against flesh and blood but against powers and principalities beyond our own strength. Only the Lord our God can rescue us from the tricks and deception of Satan. The best way of self defense is to be sober and vigilant and by putting on the whole armour of God all the time. The power of prayer is far above the tricks of Satan and God knows what is best for us and when we walk in His will there is nothing Satan can do. Abide in the Lord Jesus Christ, and always be in prayer and pray for each other. Praise the Lord!
