"But you are a chosen generation, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, His own special people, that you may proclaim the praises of Him who called you out of darkness into His marvelous light;" - 1 Peter 2 V9

The Lord Jesus chose the poor and the humble to be His flock. The Lord chose us to be His special people to serve Him and He pulled us out of darkness into His marvelous light. Not because we deserved the love of God but it was His mercy and grace that saved us sinners. Let us be thankful to God for His mercy and grace and serve Him with all our heart.
