"Now, therefore, you are no longer strangers and foreigners, but fellow citizens with the saints and members of the household of God." - Ephesians 2 V19 "For our citizenship is in heaven, from which we also eagerly wait for the Saviour, the Lord Jesus Christ..." - Philippians 3 V20 The moment we receive Jesus Christ into our hearts, we join a new family and we are granted the citizenship of heaven. Having said that, our earthly dwelling becomes secondary for we no longer belong to the world but to Christ. God has given us this privilege to become part of His household out of His love and mercy for us and through His Son Jesus Christ. Let us be encouraged with the thought that we are now part of the great family that belongs to the great I AM. Praise God! "And behold, I am coming quickly, and My reward is with Me, to give to every one according to his work." - Jesus Christ |
