Through the parable of the prodigal son our Lord Jesus shared with us the love of our Father toward His children. We all like sheep have gone astray and followed what seemed right in our own eyes but our loving Father has received us back into fellowship with Him when we repented and confessed our sins to Him. All this is possible because of the shed blood of Christ. Now we are reconciled with God through Christ Jesus our Lord.
