"Every branch in Me that does not bear fruit He takes away; and every branch that bears fruit He prunes, that it may bear more fruit." - John 15 V2

Pruning is painful for the branch but it is an important process of grooming the vine so it can bear more fruit. The Lord chastens those whom He loves that those who are far from Him may return to Him and experience the joy of salvation that He provides. Come, return to the Lord. For the Lord is righteous and just and He will not harm His own but He has poured out His love on those who are His. Praise the Lord!
