"Also for Adam and his wife the Lord God made tunics of skin, and clothed them." - Genesis 3 V21

"He who overcomes shall be clothed in white garments, and I will not blot out his name from the Book of Life; but I will confess his name before My Father and before His angels." - Revelation 3 V5

When Adam and Eve first sinned they hid themselves from the presence of God. They were ashamed of their nakedness and sewed leaves to cover themselves. God made them tunics of animal skin and clothed them to cover their nakedness. Sin brought forth shame and separation from God, but in the book of Revelation we learn that God unites the believers in Christ and He clothes them with His own righteousness. The believers are clothed in white garments which represents the righteousness of our Lord Jesus Christ. Once again God covers His people and removes the shame once and for all. But those who reject Christ will be ashamed and they will appear without the garments before God only to be condemned to the eternal fire. Come and receive the grace of God which He offers freely through His Son Jesus Christ. Praise the Lord!

"And behold, I am coming quickly, and My reward is with Me, to give to every one according to his work." - Jesus Christ

Amen. Even so, come, Lord Jesus!
