The Bible teaches us that the wicked prosper and it appears they have all the pleasures this world can offer them, but the truth is, the more wealthy and wicked a person is, the darker is his life. Just like the rich man in the story of Lazarus, the rich man enjoyed his life to the fullest but at the end he suffers in hell for eternity. Do not let your heart envy sinners, but fear the Lord and serve Him day and night. Press toward the goal for the prize of the upward call of God in Christ Jesus. The life in this world is very short compared to all eternity, and people may live to their fullest in this life, but where we spend eternity is the most important decision. Choose to serve the Lord and receive Him into your heart. Oh, what a joy it will be to spend all eternity with the Lord! Praise the Lord!
