"Put on the whole armor of God, that you may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil." - Ephesians 6 V11

"Therefore submit to God. Resist the devil and he will flee from you." - James 4 V7

The devil has declared war on every Christian and unless we put on the whole armor of God and defend ourselves, we won't be able to stand against the wiles of the devil. The final victory has been won by our Lord Jesus Christ and there is nothing to fear, but as long as we live on earth in its present state, we need to be vigilant and always resist temptations, which are a trick of the devil. Prayer is a great weapon and so is Scripture. Quote Scripture and the devil will flee. Our Lord Himself is present with us and we are not alone, so there is nothing to worry even though the fight is on.
