"Search me, O God, and know my heart; Try me, and know my anxieties;" - Psalm 139 V23 "The heart is deceitful above all things, and desperately wicked; Who can know it?" - Jeremiah 17 V9 Our weakness is in our heart. We are easily enticed by the pleasures of this world and deep within us we crave for things spiritually unhealthy for us. Satan knows our weakness and that's why he tempts us. Only God understands the sinful nature of our heart and only He can cleanse our sinful stains. Satan blinded us so we do not see the root cause of the issue and the root cause lies within our heart. Search me, O God, and know my heart; Try me, and know my anxieties. Let us ask God to search our heart and cleanse us from deep within. "And behold, I am coming quickly, and My reward is with Me, to give to every one according to his work." - Jesus Christ |
