I have re-added the online translation function for the website. I don't know how many people use this, or how good the translations are. But I have discovered that Google offers a translation service that allows you to browse a site in your own language without having to resubmit each page. It seems quite handy. You can switch languages by clicking on the flags underneath the main banner. Thanks.
