A second strong earthquake shook Japan on Monday just hours after an earlier tremor killed at least seven people, injured hundreds of others and sparked a fire and leak at a large nuclear power plant. “For nation shall rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom: and there shall be famines, and pestilences, and earthquakes, in divers places.”
