"Where can I go from Your Spirit? Or where can I flee from Your presence?" - Psalm 139 V7

""Can anyone hide himself in secret places, so I shall not see him?" says the Lord; "Do I not fill heaven and earth?" says the Lord." - Jeremiah 23 V24

Sin separates us from God and guilt causes us to hide from God, but where can one hide? Is there any sin that we commit, not known to God? The presence of our Lord fills the heaven and the earth and He can fill His presence in our heart too when we invite Him. Nobody can hide from God and pretend as if nothing happened. God is aware of all our secret acts but He is also willing to forgive and accept us the way we are, provided we accept Him and follow Him the rest of our life. Stop fleeing and return to Jesus.

"And behold, I am coming quickly, and My reward is with Me, to give to every one according to his work." - Jesus Christ

"But the meek shall inherit the earth, and shall delight themselves in the abundance of peace." - Psalm 37 V11

"Blessed are the meek, for they shall inherit the earth." - Matthew 5 V5

Jesus Christ led a humble life and he chose meek men to be His disciples. We may think that it requires a lot to be a follower of Christ and infact all it requires is submissiveness and faith. The meek shall inherit the kingdom of our Lord Jesus Christ, and live in peace, rejoicing in the glory of God. Blessed are the meek, for they shall inherit the earth.

"...But as for me and my house we will serve the Lord." - Joshua 24 V15

"For all people walk each in the name of his god, but we will walk in the name of the Lord our God forever and ever." - Micah 4 V5

There is a time coming during the tribulation when people will have to make their choice by force if to serve God or to serve Satan. Today, the grace of God is freely available and we are free to choose if we want to serve God or not. Like the great men of God who chose to serve God from everlasting to everlasting, let us proclaim with one voice that we will serve the Lord forever and ever. Amen.

"And behold, I am coming quickly, and My reward is with Me, to give to every one according to his work." - Jesus Christ

"Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and lean not on your own understanding;" - Proverbs 3 V5

"There is a way that seems right to a man, but its end is the way of death." - Proverbs 14 V12

The things that seem right in our eyes need not necessarily be right in God's sight. We have a superficial nature of judging but true wisdom comes from God and from God only. The fear of the Lord is the beginning of wisdom and wisdom leads to good understanding. Trust in the Lord for all your needs.

As in the days of Noah... PDF Print E-mail

"And God said to Noah, "The end of all flesh has come before Me, for the earth is filled with violence through them; and behold, I will destroy them with the earth." " - Genesis 6 V13

"And as it was in the days of Noah, so it will be also in the days of the Son of Man: They ate, they drank, they married wives, they were given in marriage, until the day Noah entered the ark, and the flood came and destroyed them all." - Luke 17 V26, 27

In the last days, our world would become more like as in the days of Noah and if we examine our world today it is exactly the same as our Lord had foretold. Men today are lovers of pleasure rather than of Godly matters. We do not know how much time we got left before God judges the earth but it definitely seems not a lot. Just like Noah, let us abide in the Lord and prepare ourselves and others for the coming of our Lord.

"And behold, I am coming quickly, and My reward is with Me, to give to every one according to his work." - Jesus Christ
