" "...and lo, I am with you always, even to the end of the age." Amen" - Matthew 28 V20 "...Do not be afraid, but speak, and do not keep silent; for I am with you, and no one will attack you or hurt you; for I have many people in this city." - Acts 18 V9,10 We have a great promise from our Lord Jesus Christ that He is with us always. Our circumstances may deceive us in believing that we are alone but even during the darkest hours of our life our Lord is with us. What else do we need? We have all we need: Jesus Christ. "And behold, I am coming quickly, and My reward is with Me, to give to every one according to his work." - Jesus Christ |

"And Nathan said to David, "You are the man! Thus says the Lord God of Israel: 'I anointed you king over Israel, and I delivered you from the hand of Saul...' " " - 2 Samuel 12 V7 "O wretched man that I am! who will deliver me from this body of death? I thank God - through Jesus Christ our Lord!" - Romans 7 V24 The story of David is well known and a man known to be after God's own heart was guilty of adultery and murder, but God forgave David because he repented and he had faith. Even we are wretched in our sinful nature and God is ready to forgive every sin of ours and deliver us from this body of sin. "...Behold the man!" (John 19 V5) reminds us that Christ took our (You are the man!) blame on Himself that we may have everlasting life. I thank God for the wonderful gift of salvation. Praise God! "And behold, I am coming quickly, and My reward is with Me, to give to every one according to his work." - Jesus Christ |

"God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble." - Psalm 46 V1 "What then shall we say to these things? If God is for us, who can be against us?" - Romans 8 V31 God is our strength and refuge and not tomorrow or days later but a very present help in time of trouble. Trust in His strength and He will deliver you from all trouble. "And behold, I am coming quickly, and My reward is with Me, to give to every one according to his work." - Jesus Christ |

"The Lord takes pleasure in those who fear Him, in those who hope in His mercy." - Psalm 147 V11 "...I have no pleasure in the death of the wicked, but that the wicked turn from his way and live..." - Ezekiel 33 V11 People often think of God as a heavenly being ready to judge and punish the evil doers. But if it was so there won't be a single person except Jesus, who lived or who will live that will go unpunished. We all deserve the wrath of God. On the other hand God clearly mentions in the Scripture that He takes no pleasure in the death of the wicked but He would like even the wicked to repent and turn away from their sinful deeds. God displayed His great love for us through Jesus Christ who died on the cross in our place. We are redeemed by His blood. Be a part of God's pleasure by fearing and hoping in His mercy. "And behold, I am coming quickly, and My reward is with Me, to give to every one according to his work." - Jesus Christ |

"And a great windstorm arose, and the waves beat into the boat, so that it was already filling. But He was in the stern, asleep on a pillow. And they awoke Him and said to Him, "Teacher, do You not care that we are perishing?" " - Mark 4 V37, 38 "These things I have spoken to you, that in Me you may have peace. In the world you will have tribulation; but be of good cheer, I have overcome the world." - John 16 V33 The disciples faced the storm at the sea even while Jesus was with them. Being followers of Christ does not exempt us from the tribulations of the world and on the other hand tribulations are more in a Believer's life. Jesus let His disciples go through the storm but He did calm the storm and brought peace. Do not worry about the tribulations when you live with the Lord for the Lord will bless us with His peace. "And behold, I am coming quickly, and My reward is with Me, to give to every one according to his work." - Jesus Christ |
