"... Rejoice with me, for I have found my sheep which was lost!" - Luke 15 V6 "Likewise, I say to, there is joy in the presence of the angels of God over one sinner who repents." - Luke 15 V10 We may wonder if miracles still happen today as it used in the days of Jesus. The answer is Yes! Miracles do happen and the greatest being the conversion of the soul of a human being when he accepts Christ as Lord and Saviour. As the scripture says "Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation; old things have passed away; behold all things have become new." 2 Cor 5 V17 There is great rejoicing in heaven over this miracle. All this points to one thing and it is how much God loves you and me. Praise God! "And behold, I am coming quickly, and My reward is with Me, to give to every one according to his work." - Jesus Christ

"For the wages of sin is death, but the gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord." - Romans 6 V23 "The sting of death is sin, and the strength of sin is the law. But thanks be to God, who gives us the victory through our Lord Jesus Christ." - 1 Corinthians 15 V56, 57 Our sinful human nature has caused us to become slaves of sin and sin when ripe brings forth death. Death without knowing Christ is separation from God which nobody would want to experience. God loved us so much that He removed this separation which sin brought and through His Son Jesus Christ offered mankind the free gift of salvation, so that none should perish but have everlasting life. Thanks be to God for His great love and for His Son Jesus Christ! "And behold, I am coming quickly, and My reward is with Me, to give to every one according to his work." - Jesus Christ

"but these are written that you may believe that Jesus is the Christ, the Son of God, and that believing you may have life in His name." - John 20 V31 "Whoever believes that Jesus is the Christ is born of God, and everyone who loves Him who begot also loves him who is begotten of Him." - 1 John 5 V1 What we believe really matters. When we believe that Jesus Christ is the Son of God and accept Him as our Lord and Saviour, we become a new creature, born of the Spirit of God. Salvation is available to all men and it is available only through Jesus Christ. "And behold, I am coming quickly, and My reward is with Me, to give to every one according to his work." - Jesus Christ

"Let us draw near with a true heart in full assurance of faith, having our hearts sprinkled from an evil conscience and our bodies washed with pure water." - Hebrews 10 V22 "Draw near to God and He will draw near to you. Cleanse your hands, you sinners; and purify your hearts, you double-minded." - James 4 V8 It is never too late to draw near to God. It requires our personal choice and commitment to follow Jesus. God has extended His hand to mankind through His Son Jesus Christ and all who draw near to God, God will draw near to them and dwell in their hearts. If you have not already made your choice then this may be the time to accept Christ into your heart and have God cleanse you with the blood of the Lamb and bless you with His Holy Spirit.

I did not come to call the righteous, but sinners, to repentance." - Mark 2 V17 "What man of you, having a hundred sheep, if he loses one of them, does not leave the ninety nine in the wilderness, and go after the one which is lost until he find it?" - Luke 15 V4 "But we were as sheep going astray , but are now returned unto the Shepherd and Bishop of your souls." 1Peter 2 V25. It is the love of God for you and me that He came seeking for His lost Sheep and to draw us to Himself. Christ came to save every single lost sheep and He paid the price on Calvary and showed how much He loves us. Repent and come to Jesus, our Shepherd and our Saviour. "And behold, I am coming quickly, and My reward is with Me, to give to every one according to his work." - Jesus Christ |
