I was watching a Christian DVD tonight. I don't usually get scared when watching videos, especially Christian ones, but this one really scared me. It was about UFOs and their relation to the occult and demonic activity. It's entitled, "the UFO conspiracy: space travellers or demonic deception?" The DVD lists many eye-witness accounts, showing footage of craft by NASA, the USAF and other individuals. It also documented several close encounters by those unfortunate enough to come into contact with these beings. That was probably the scariest part of it, for there is no doubt these beings were demonic. At the end of the video, several Christians examined some of the teachings of these beings, how that mankind was about to enter a new age of peace and spirituality - akin to the beliefs of eastern mysticism. One man questioned why aliens would travel trillions of light years just to deliver a message that mankind has known for thousands of years. Dave Hunt, who appeared on the video, stated that demons were attempting a mass-deception of the world which would ultimately bring about a time of unimaginable horror for those living on earth. I always believed UFOs were demonic, but this video really opened my eyes to the sheer scale of the deception now being undertaken. Clearly the world is being prepared for the Rapture of the Church, and the time when a false peace does come and a one world religion is established. I am so glad that I won't have to be around when this happens. 2nd Thessalonians 2:11-12 And for this cause God shall send them strong delusion, that they should believe a lie: That they all might be damned who believed not the truth, but had pleasure in unrighteousness. Revelation 12:12 Therefore rejoice, ye heavens, and ye that dwell in them. Woe to the inhabiters of the earth and of the sea! for the devil is come down unto you, having great wrath, because he knoweth that he hath but a short time. |

The British Transport and General Workers Union has passed a vote calling on its members to boycott all Israeli products, in protest of Israel's treatment of the "Palestinian" people. The TGWU is the second British workers union to boycott Israel this year, coming only a month after a similar decision by UNISON, the UK's largest labour union. The TGWU is also one of Britain's larger unions, boasting some 800,000 members. In a speech before the motion was passed, the secretary of the union's Birmingham branch Eric McDonald, compared the behaviour of Israel to that of Nazi Germany... Quote: "According to the union, the decision was made "in protest of Israel's treatment of the Palestinian people." It declared its hope that Israel would be forced, like South Africa, to halt its policies following a widespread economic boycott. "We are working to free the Palestinian people from the Israeli war machine," the union said. Union leader Eric McDonald was quoted by the British press as saying that Israeli behaviour was often not different from that of the Nazis. UK Prime Minister Gordon Brown's new Foreign Secretary David Miliband, himself of a Jewish background, has slammed the recent decision by another organization, the University and College Union, to boycott Israeli universities. The British embassy in Israel released a statement about today's boycott, saying that the British government opposes boycotts of any kind. AJC Executive Director David Harris said Eric McDonald's words were a "despicable expression of anti-Semitism", and noted that whereas anti-Semitism in the past was directed at individual Jews, these modern instances are aimed at delegitimizing the Jewish state. Senior university lecturer at the University of Keele, Eva Garrard, said of Britain's recent anti-Semite boycotts, "There's something in air in the UK at the moment". I could go on and on about this... As we've seen lately, Britain has a serious problem on its hands. And it's not just coming from the Muslims. This hatred of Israel is being propagated by British charities, by so-called "Christian" denominations and by large trade unions and universities. It seems the only ones against the boycotts are the governments, and Christians like me who still believe that Israel is God's chosen people according to the flesh. This can't go on forever, something has to give way. Either Israel gives way, or else this country will. Whatever happens, something big must be about to take place. Psalm 83:3-4 They have taken crafty counsel against thy people, and consulted against thy hidden ones. They have said, Come, and let us cut them off from being a nation; that the name of Israel may be no more in remembrance. |

Avraham Burg, former Member of the Israeli Knesset and activist in the left-wing "Peace Now" organization, has stated in an interview with Haaretz that he believes Israel should cease to be a Jewish state. He says the state's official Jewish status is the reason why Israel finds itself in the position it is now in, surrounded by enemies who are bent on its destruction. Burg advocates revoking the Law of Return - which promises citizenship to every Jew desiring to return to the land of their forefathers, and urges Israelis to apply for foreign passports to replace their Jewish ones. Quote: "Avraham Burg, former Knesset speaker and former head of the Jewish Agency says "to define the State of Israel as a Jewish state is the key to its end. A Jewish state is explosive. It's dynamite." In an interview in Haaretz Weekend Magazine, he said that he is in favor of abrogating the Law of Return and calls on everyone who can to obtain a foreign passport. Burg, who was interviewed on the occasion of the publication of his book "Defeating Hitler" said "the strategic mistake of Zionism was to annul the alternatives. Israeliness has only body; it doesn't have soul." He's not the only Jew advocating the destruction of the state of Israel, or at least its official Jewish status. Orthodox Jews from the Neturei Karta sect, who attended the Iranian President's conference on the holocaust, also did the same. Zionism is the belief that God gave the land of Israel to the Jewish people for an eternal possession, and that this promise has not been revoked. But this teaching, which finds Scriptural authority in the Old and New Testaments, is despised by the enemies of God. Forgeries such as the "Protocols of the Elders of Zion" have served to demonise the Jews, and despite being the only true democracy in the Middle East, the world's press continues to compare Zionism to Nazism and Israel to the apartheid regime in South Africa. Even the Vatican stated recently, "We reject the teachings of Christian Zionism that facilitate and support these policies as they advance racial exclusivity and perpetual war". Burg was right about one thing. "Israeliness" has no soul. This is the exact situation that the prophets of the Old Testament predicted would happen in the last days. Ezekiel chapter 37 describes in vivid detail the birth of the modern state of Israel. In Ezekiel's vision, he sees a valley of dry bones. He is commanded by the Lord to prophesy to the dead bones, and tell them that they would live again. After his first prophecy, Ezekiel notices that the bones had flesh again but they were still not living. God commanded Ezekiel to prophesy again, and command God's Spirit to breathe upon the bodies that they would live again. The two-fold prophecy is significant, for it speaks of a time when Israel would be a "body", but have no "soul". This interpretation is also confirmed by Hosea 6:2, which states that Israel will be "revived" during the second Millennium, and will "live" in Christ's site on the third Millennium. Again, a third Scripture in Joel 2:28-29 states that God will pour out His Spirit on the nation of Israel during the last days. Ezekiel 37:11-12 Then he said unto me, Son of man, these bones are the whole house of Israel: behold, they say, Our bones are dried, and our hope is lost: we are cut off for our parts. Therefore prophesy and say unto them, Thus saith the Lord GOD; Behold, O my people, I will open your graves, and cause you to come up out of your graves, and bring you into the land of Israel. As we can see, the birth of the modern state of Israel was accurately foretold in ancient Scripture. It's name (Ezekiel 37:12), it's geographic and topographic location (Ezekiel 36, 37:22), the spiritual condition of its people (Ezekiel 37:8) and the political situation in the land (Joel 3:2, Zechariah 14) were all accurately described by the Old Testament prophets. Israel can never lose its Jewish status, for if it does so, then I believe God will have broken His promise to His people. Neither will a two-state solution ever be realized (Ezekiel 37:22). Perhaps the situation with Hamas taking over the Gaza Strip has put the last nail into the coffin of that idea. One day the nation will recognize the true Messiah, Jesus Christ, and when that happens the nation of Israel will find its "soul". Zechariah 12:10 And I will pour upon the house of David, and upon the inhabitants of Jerusalem, the spirit of grace and of supplications: and they shall look upon me whom they have pierced, and they shall mourn for him, as one mourneth for [his] only [son], and shall be in bitterness for him, as one that is in bitterness for [his] firstborn. As Congress considers legislation to enshrine “sexual orientation” in law, homosexual rights leaders are touting their support from an unlikely quarter: religious leaders. “And as it was in the days of Noe, so shall it be also in the days of the Son of man. They did eat, they drank, they married wives, they were given in marriage, until the day that Noe entered into the ark, and the flood came, and destroyed them all. Likewise also as it was in the days of Lot; they did eat, they drank, they bought, they sold, they planted, they builded. But the same day that Lot went out of Sodom it rained fire and brimstone from heaven, and destroyed them all. Even thus shall it be in the day when the Son of man is revealed. ” —Luke 17:26-30 |
